Analyse your results
Survey responses are collated and processed into easily-digestible charts and response areas, and are available immediately.
While survey results have summaries at the top, there's no substitute for the full picture. All survey results are collated in realtime, and you don't need to wait for a survey to be finished by everyone before you can see the results.
Number-based responses are displayed using appropriate charts, and free text responses are displayed individually, as they are qualitative rather than quantitative.
Results can be viewed by administrators, but can be easily shared with the entire company if you'd like to use Collie as part of a comprehensive feedback loop to improve employee awareness.
Rich demographics attached
Employee demographic information is anonymously aggregated at the time of response, giving you extra insights into the data you receive.
Sometimes numbers don't tell the whole story, so we attach age and gender demographic data to every response, allowing you to spot trends and identify themes in the data which help inform your decisions.

Secure Access
Collie gives you the tools to restrict access to email addresses matching your company, and require manual activation should you wish.
We realise that not every business has a "same email address" policy, and some businesses leverage a mix of full-time staff and freelancers. As such, we provide you optional tools to restrict access to registrations.
Equally, you may wish to allow your colleagues to register with their personal email addresses in order to further promote privacy and freedom. For cases like these, we provide you tools to require registrations to be manually activated. That way, you can be sure only people you know get access to your surveys.

What is employee engagement?
Employee engagement is a term used for gaining an understanding of how empowered and motivated your employees are; how connected they feel to your business, how happy they are, and giving them a platform to voice any concerns they may have. The results of the surveys help your business to achieve its goals so that you can prioritise your resources. Employees who are actively engaged with their organisation are more likely to have reduced sickness absence, increased productivity, and are better able to make positive and innovative contributions in times of change.
How often can I send surveys with Collie?
As often as you like. We don't place restrictions on the amount of surveys you can send in a month, however we recommend a once or twice a month cadence in order to avoid over-saturation of feedback gathering.
How many questions can we put in a survey?
As many as you like. We recommend a variety of questions, but also recommend that you work towards finding a balance between longer surveys that capture more qualitative data, and faster surveys that reduce friction to the people who answer it.
Are the responses really anonymous?
Yes! Answers are stored separately to all other data points, and personal data is never attached to any responses, and can never be backtraced. There are no loopholes or backdoors. Response data is aggregated and randomised at the time of displaying survey results, adding a further layer of protection.
Can we add custom metrics to measure over time?
